infrastructure areas of India. The project investigates the
consequences and constraints of such applications, in
sociotechnical, economic, and cultural terms.

Finding a Voice investigates ICT for development programs
in India, Indonesia, Nepal and Sri Lanka. It focuses on the
potential for participatory content creation activities to
promote voice in underserved communities.
